Genuine camshaft sensor by VDO - this is the OEM sensor supplied by BMW OE 12141703221. Product may be delivered in VDO or Continental packaging but is the identical product to BMW genuine minus the price.
Due to the style of camshaft sensor the M52 (and M50TUB20) use (Inductive Frequency), aftermarket sensors will either not work out of the box or will fail very quickly after installation. Avoid disappointment and use a genuine sensor.
