E46 M3 Engine mounts are a great upgrade for your 6 Cylinder E36 or 46 as they do not have the void around the top and are solid rubber vs the standard E36/46 liquid filled mounts.
These mounts have a small increase in NVH over standard mounts but nowhere near as harsh as poly.
